The Grand Ballroom is a pillar-free 1,400 m² hall with an eight-metre ceiling, full blackout capability, a built-in stage rig and a back-of-house corridor wide enough for a car launch. Six boardrooms and the harbour-facing terrace handle everything from AGMs to ceremonies above the water.
Every event carries a dedicated producer from our in-house team — staging, lighting design, florals, security, menu engineering and guest logistics run under one roof and one contract. The banquet kitchen plates 1,200 covers simultaneously, and the loading dock swallows full concert rigs.
